I believe that Amazon failed in submitting the claim in a timely manor. When I finally got in touch with ARC claims is when the process started to move along. My husband made the initial contact and could go no further as he was not listed on our account. I have since rectified this. However the damage was done to his/our property by an Amazon driver so I do not understand why they would not talk with him. Otherwise, the process went smoothly once we were given the information we needed. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Charlene Martin
