Frank Loftus is Executive Director of ARC Global Risk. Mr. Loftus became President of Loftus Adjustment in 1989 and is currently CEO of ARC Claims Management, Vice Presidentof WebAppClouds, LLC and Managing Director of ARC Claims UK, Ltd. An author of numerous books and articles on international law, Frank is a graduate of Duke University and Georgetown University Law Center. He previously served as a partner in International Advisory Services Group from 1987-1990 and as Executive Director of the International Law Institute in Washington, DC from 1981-1987.
