Good afternoon thank you for being so prompt in payment and I appreciate the great customer service. I don’t believe this is from your end, but the claim revolves around an ongoing situation with my yard. I am concerned that this is going to be an ongoing problem and want to make sure that if it happens again, the situation will be resolved once again. We have made notes in the system to the carrier and have talked to them many times about the ongoing situation concerning the drivers backing up onto the rear lawn. If you will, please provide me with someone I might talk to you in order to make sure that if it happens again, it will be taken care of.

You need a mechanism for people to file a complaint on drivers. Also make it easier to find and file a complaint/claim. Took me forever to figure it all out which just made me more mad. Also the claim summation form timed out so I had to do it twice. Maybe increase the time.
