Coby Crouch has been with ARC Global Risk in an IT leadership role since 2020 administering a wide range of technology systems and programs. His primary responsibility is to work directly with client leadership and technology teams to determine the best way to implement and execute any technological need in both a timely and cost-conscious approach. Coby is the head of the ARC IT operations for North America, the United Kingdom and EU, as well as Australia, Japan, and India. In his past, he has been a Director of IT for several franchisors, ranging from 10 to 1,000+ locations, and understands the technology needs of businesses at any scale. Coby believes that any successful implementation of technology must first understand the needs of the people in which it will be serving; he always looks to foster a friendly environment with easy-to-understand conversation for those that consider themselves technologically adverse. Coby is a graduate of the University of Arizona and holds a litany of technology certifications. Coby has been with his lovely wife for 20 years and they have three beautiful children together. In his spare time Coby loves being active and can be found playing, coaching, or watching games of all sports.
