My only comment is that it should be clear in your emails what type of funds you are issuing. The assessment was completed in Canadian funds, but payment documentation was in US funds. No where in your emails or documentation was it mentioned the fund type. Thank for understanding and offering prompt service.

The claim amount was very close to what the landscaping company charged to repair their earlier work. Very satisfied with the people and the process.
