ARC Global Risk offers a dedicated team to handle Litigation Triage and Arbitration. Our team reviews all litigation filed against participating clients. In an effort to substantially reduce litigation costs for our clients, the ARC team may move to have all filings that should be handled through Arbitration Forums dismissed. This program saves our clients millions of dollars in attorney fees alone by avoiding the unnecessary expense for filings that can be properly dismissed through our team of skilled professionals. Where needed, our team will challenge disputed liability claims to financially assist our customers. Any filing that does not meet the criteria for dismissal will be promptly moved to Counsel for proper handling. By avoiding both unnecessary litigation costs and by successfully disputing questionable claims, ARC Global Risk substantially improves the bottom line for all participating clients.
