ARC Global Risk’s social media channels allow us to provide helpful, informative, and timely information specific to our industry and company. Currently ARC has accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Yelp.

ARC welcomes comments, posts, and messages from our customers, employees, and other industry leaders. Content shared via official social media channels, as well as pages or accounts that ARC Global Risk likes or follows, should reflect the mission and values of the company. We recognize and respect differences in opinion. All comments, posts, and messages will be regularly reviewed. ARC reserves the right to hide or remove any comment, post, or message deemed inappropriate or off-topic. ARC is not responsible or liable for any inflammatory, defamatory, or hateful comments posted by outside accounts or unverified users.

Social media is accessible to all and there should be no expectation of privacy to anyone posting on our company accounts. By posting on a public company account, you consent to ARC’s right to access, monitor, and read any postings on those sites. We strongly recommend that our social media users do not share any personal information or contact information.

ARC Global Risk reserves the right to reproduce comments, posts, and messages in other formats including on our website, in print materials, and other marketing materials. Such reproduction may be edited for space or content while retaining the original intent of the post.

Employees who follow and post on ARC social media networks are bound by client confidentiality agreements, company obligations, and compliance with all applicable laws. Content containing any of the following will be removed immediately from all ARC Global Risk social media accounts:

  • Obscene content, derogatory wording, or hate speech focused on racial, ethnic, sexual, religious, and physical disability slurs are unacceptable and not tolerated
  • Phishing, hacking, and impostor accounts
  • Bullying, personal attacks, insults, or threatening language
  • Private or personal information, including phone numbers and addresses, or requests for personal information
  • Potentially libelous statements, falsification of identity, and plagiarized materials
  • Suggestive emojis, images, or gifs
  • Comments, links, or information unrelated to the purpose of the original post or related accounts
  • Spam or other commercial, political, or religious messages unrelated to ARC or its social media postings
  • Fund and financial solicitations
  • Photos and videos of ARC Global Risk employees posted without consent
  • Any images, links, or other content that falls into the above categories

ARC Global Risk reserves the right to ban or block users who have posted in violation of this policy. Any threatening comments or messages may be forwarded to local authorities.

In addition, users are expected to abide by the terms and conditions set by third party social media platforms as well as follow appropriate Federal and State Law.
