Nancy has been with ARC Global Risk leading the Human Resources Department since 2021. Her core responsibilities include: employee relations, staff recruitment/retention, benefits administration, performance management, HR trainings, conflict resolution, and much more. Nancy has certifications in Human Resources and Project Management. She served as Vice-President of the Board of Trustees for the Philadelphia Academy Charter School for five years. Nancy and her husband reside in Bucks County, PA where they enjoy spending time with their children and  grandchildren.
