When I initially tried to fill the claim form out on-line, it would not allow me to electronically sign it. I then called the rep that was assigned to the claim, she was unable to remedy the situation, but was able to email the claim form to me which I printed, completed, scanned and emailed back as an attachment. I would suggest that this glitch be fixed.
