I think my scenario was unique since I believe the claim was initiated by the outsource delivery service and it took me some time to get to the right team that was handling the claim. Overall, it was resolved to my satisfaction but finding who to talk to was a bit of a challenge.

I am very satisfied with how my concerns were managed once the matter was elevated and handed off to your team. While it was very difficult to deal with the Amazon frontline team initially, I found the resolution process with ARC Claims to be satisfactory overall.

I'm not the kind that chases issues for no reason. I would have preferred to have not seen the damage done to my property and in that have even file a claim. I figured I was in for a nightmare trying to file a claim but it wasn't terrible. I appreciate Amazon for doing the right thing. Thank you
