The amount was a little low versus having a contractor fixing the mail post, however, since I did the repair, it was enough to cover all materials & tools need it.

Everything on the front end was easy and clear. Once submitted the wait time for approval was rather long compared to other times I've had to deal with claims (i.e. auto insurance), but considering it was around the holidays not horribly long. Once approved though the receipt of the check was very speedy. I was told I would receive the check in 30 days (or 20 business days) but I received payment in half of that time if that.

The process was great!! The offer to resolve the issue was low as I cannot get a quote till summer for the landscaper as our yard is frozen. And I'm almost 100% positive it's going to cost more than the 563. Thank you.
