Dan has been with ARC Global Risk for over five years as a Claims Manager, Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster, and Arbitration/Subrogation Manager. He currently manages a dedicated team focused on subrogation and asset recovery. During his time with ARC Global Risk Dan has operated in many areas, including, the investigation and evaluation of claims, conducted interviews with involved parties, investigated liability, and worked with attorneys to complete cases. Dan has negotiated over 600 settlements on behalf of ARC Global Risk clients. Prior to joining ARC Global Risk, Dan was an Associate Attorney for two different law firms where he investigated cases, conducted depositions, drafted legal documents and court filings, and negotiated settlements. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Political Science from Marywood University and received his Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law.Dan is a passionate Philadelphia sports fan, an avid golfer and dedicated husband and father to his wife and son.
