After multiple explanations and her leaving the line several times to consult with a supervisor, she finally got me directed to the right (ARC) department. I appreciate how my situation was handled. While anyone, including myself makes mistakes, my main complaint is the fact that the driver of the delivery truck did not leave a note when they knew they damaged my property. As well, if the delivery drivers are leaving packages at the front door, I see no reason for that driver to go up my driveway. They can park fir a moment on the Private Street and walk the package to the door. Just a suggestion that would certainly avoid accidents and situations like ours.
