The driver who caused the damage was so rude, it was shocking. Never encountered that with delivery people before. He gave me the wrong phone number to call, but that person kindly connected me to the right person, who was great. I am grateful for the quick resolution. The driver should be told to interact better with people- i said he didn’t sound very sorry and he nastily said what do you want me to do, cry about it and he refused to give me his name. Wow, awful. But thank you for quick resolution.

Only difficulty faced was in getting the check to print properly. Full check wouldn't print and numbers cut off. Took many attempts and different ways to finally get a full print of check that could be Mobile deposited. Would be easier if checking account, venmo, or zelle could be linked.
