When the incident happened, I was worried and sure we would end up paying for the damage ourselves. Claim process was surprisingly easy and all involved were great and prompt. I feel relieved. Thank you for your diligence with this matter.

I never felt like I was dealing with a person as every email came from "claims." I'm not trying to make a new friend but even when I replied to whoever to thank them for their speed I had to write "Dear Claims Person". Maybe it's supposed to be impersonal.

Other than the initial claim filing emails not getting through hotmail/microsoft mail, requiring use of a different email address, the process and claim website was very usable and the claim was handled promptly. Thank you.
